• Have personally performed over 5000 residential, multi-unit, and commercial inspections in California. These inspections included assessment of overall and specific component condition for acquisition and sales, habitability disputes, conservatorship, problem diagnosis, litigation and maintenance scheduling.

• Provided testimony regarding home inspection at several California Legislature Senate and Assembly interim hearings on home inspection and real estate transactions and responsibilities of professionals in real estate transactions.

• Participated in the drafting of the California Business & Professions Code section 7195 et.seq.

• Performed special inspector duties for the cities of Carlsbad, San Diego, Encinitas and Orange, California.
